Finding willing and equipped leaders for Church Ministries is a widespread problem. This program is designed to produce a constant flow of male and female servant leaders to guide and perform the work in God's vineyard.

The Church Ministry Leadership Development Program provides a desperately needed answer to shortcomings and challenges with respect to leadership resources to effectively set up and/or sustain ministries in service to God. This is a perennial problem.
At the same time, some who would volunteer have feelings of uncertainty, given the unique challenges of leading and working with volunteers. The Church Ministry Leadership Development Program provides servant leaders and aspiring volunteers with the skills and mindset that will enhance their impact and service to God.

Your Behavioural DNA Assessment
We have preferred ways to process and respond to life's unfolding events. In essence, we have toolkits that are available for our use in navigating life. While at some point, we may dip into all the toolkits we tend to have a preference for one or two kits. That represents our behavioural style.
Understanding our behavioural styles at a deeper level makes a huge difference in our perspective!
In addition, the Extended DISC Behavioural DNA Assessment examines both our conscious and non-conscious behaviours. In many instances it unlocks blind spots of which we are unaware.
Critically, the assessment and debriefing identify limiting factors that may be negatively impacting your service and progress.

Six weeks. There is an online platform with interactive course materials that is accessible 24/7/365 from any location. We also meet for one live online 2-hour session each of the six weeks.
No. Clearly literacy is expected.
You have the option of earning Professional Development Credits from the Society for Human Resource Management (the world's largest HR Association) by completing a recall assessment. Alternatively, you can get a certificate of participation by attending all the sessions.
Yes! The granular assessment will help you to better understand yourself and guide you into navigating life from your preferred behavioural style. It will also identify blind spots and highlight limiting factors that might be impacting your progress.
The heavily discounted fee for the Church Ministry Leadership Development Program including the Extended DISC Behavioural DNA diagnostics is US$100. We wanted to remove cost as a barrier for servant leaders to access this directly relevant and carefully crafted program.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi! I’m Trevor E S Smith, program creator.
As a founding Director of INFOSERV and the Success with People Academy, I have been engaged in the development and delivery of online learning programs for decades.
As an active member of the church - much of it in leadership roles - I have witnessed the difficulty in finding individuals who are willing and properly equipped to work in and lead church ministries.
The Church Ministry Leadership Program is designed to:
1. Identify which roles are best suited to the individual's behavioural style. I have found that starting training with the application of Extended DISC Behavioural DNA Assessments makes a huge difference to the outcomes. Individuals identify blind spots and limiting factors and benefit greatly from this deeper understanding of themselves.
2. Develop core competencies that are important to offering service and leading others in the Lord's church.
